摘    要:在酸性条件下,盐酸多塞平分子中氮原子被质子化后与阴离子AuCl4-形成离子缔合物,该缔合物被二氯甲烷带入鲁米诺的氯化十六烷基三甲基铵反胶束纳米微反应器中,离解出来的AuCl4-立即与鲁米诺产生化学发光.在一定浓度范围内,发光强度与盐酸多塞平的含量成线性关系,从而可测定盐酸多塞平的含量.在优化的试验条件下,线性范围为0.001~10μg.mL-1,检出限(3σ)为0.02 ng.mL-1,对浓度为1.0μg.mL-1的盐酸多塞平进行11次平行测定,RSD为1.2%.该法已成功用于片剂、针剂和生物体液中盐酸多塞平的测定.

Abstract:A new chemiluminescence(CL) method is proposed for the determination of doxepine hydrochlorid,which is based on the dichloromethane solvent extraction of ion-pair complex of tetrachloroaurate(III) with doxepine hydrochlorid and luminol chemiluminescence detection in a reversed micellar nanometer microreactor formed by the cation surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium chlorine(CTAC) in a dichloromethane-cyclohexane(1:1 V/V)-water(0.3 mol·L-1 Na2CO3 buffer solution with the pH of 11.5).The ion-pair complex of tetrachloroaurate(III) with doxepine hydrochlorid produced an analytical chemiluminescence signal when it entered the reversed micellar nanometer microreactor water pool.In the optimum conditions,CL intensities are proportional to concentrations of the studied drug over the range 0.001~10 μg·mL-1 with a detection limit(DL) of 0.02 ng·mL-1.The relative standard deviation(RSD) is 1.2% for 1.0 μg·mL-1 doxepine hydrochlorid(n=11).The method has been applied to the determination of the studied drug in tablets,injections and biological fliuds successfully.
