摘    要:研究了16kbit/s连续可变斜率增量调制(CVSD)与64kbit/s A律PCM编码相互转换的算法和实现。在基于浮点DSP(TMS320VC33)及现场可编程逻辑器件(FPGA)芯片XC3S400硬件平台上,实现了A律压缩与扩展、CVSD编解码算法、2倍因子抽取和内插滤波,成功解决了PCM与CVSD码制的相互转换问题。

Abstract:The digital code conversion algorithm between 16 kbit/s CVSD and 64 kbit/s A-law PCM is developed and has also been realized in this paper. Based on the floating digital processing chip TMS320VC33 and FPGA IC XC3S400, the algorithm completed A-law expansion and compression, CVSD encoding and decoding, decimation filter and interpolation filter with a 2:1 factor. The system has successfully resolved the conversion problem between PCM and CVSD.
