| 摘 要： | 本文根据可靠性设计原理，提出了齿轮可靠性设计中的许用应力均值概念；确定了许用应力和可靠度的关系；并推导出齿轮应力离散系数的计算式，使正态分布函数间的复杂运算转比为简单的计算，从而得山齿轮传动可靠性设计的公式及其简化的方法．

| Abstract: | According to the theory of reliability design, this paper presents the concept of the mean of the allowable stress, determines the relationship between the allowable stress and reliability, and develops the formulae of the discrete coefficients of the stress in the gear to convert the complex operations in normal distribution functions into simple calculation. As a result, the equations and the simplified method of reliability design for gearing is obtained. |
