| 摘 要： | 用次甲基兰-溴酸钾动力学褪色光度法测定甲醛,对海洋生物标本室内空气中的甲醛含量进行了测定,结果表明,浸泡液处理过程中未对空气造成严重的污染.

| Abstract: | This article selected a novel and sensitive kinetic spectrophometric method for the determination of formaldehyde in the atmosphere of marine organisms specimens room,which is based on the kinetic effect of formaldehyde on the oxidation reaction of methylene blue by potassium bromate in sulfuric acid medium. |
