朝鲜核政治的选择与命运

朝核问题北京第二轮和第三轮六方会谈虽然相继在"有进展,无突破"、"问题更为具体,分歧更为鲜明"的评价中落下帷幕,但人们依然看不清朝鲜核政治的前景与命运。朝鲜自2002年10月再次重操旧业,以核边缘政策挑战美国及国际社会之后,历史似乎又回到了原地。但历史不会重演,本质相同,结局未必相同。朝鲜核政治的重复使用最终能否再显奇效,使朝鲜再次有所新的收获,目前尚不得而知。

Choice and Destiny of the North Korean Nuclear Politics

The second round of six-way talks held in Beijing regarding the North Korean nuclear issue in February,2004 ended with the comment that some progress has been made, while at the same time no breakthrough. However, people can not see the future and destiny of the North Korean nuclear politics clearly. The historical instances seem returned to what they were before since North Korea once again challenged the United States and the international community to its brink-of-nuclear policy in October, 2002. Nevertheless, the history will not be repeated, that is, the same essence may not turn out the same outcome. Moreover, it still remains unknownable whether the North Korean nuclear politics can eventually accomplish wonders with good results once more. And the reality also shows no indications that it will be optimistic about its future and destiny.
