| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化的发展浪潮中，跨国公司成为中小企业集群和全球经济的连接纽带。跨国公司的介入对中小企业集群的快速发展产生了重大的影响，而中小企业集群的发展也直接影响着跨国公司竞争优势的变迁。中小企业集群和跨国公司之间形成了良性互动关系。

| Abstract: | During the development of economic globalization, multinational corporations have been a bond link for clusters of small and medium enterprises and the global economy. The involvement of multinational corporations has played great influence in the rapid development of small and medium enterprise cluster, and development of clusters of small and medium enterprises also directly influences the transfer of competitive advantage of development of multinational corporations. A benign interaction shall be formed between the cluster of small and medium enterprises and multinational corporations. |
