高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的探索与研究

经济转型升级产业结构调整大环境下，必须加强对“双师型”教师队伍的建设，充分认识“双师型”教师队伍建设的紧迫性，从高职院校制定“双师型”教师队伍规划与政府制定相应政策两个方面，探索与研究切实有效的途径，提升“双师型”教师队伍的综合水平。

Exploration and Research on the Staff Construction of Teachers with Double-quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

In the big environment of the upgrading of economic transformation and the adjustment of industrial structure, it is necessary to strengthen the staff construction of teachers with double-quality, which requires us to fully understand the urgency of the construc-tion. This paper explores and researches effective approaches from plan by higher vocational colleges and corresponding policies by the government, so as to enhance the level of double-quality teachers.
