摘    要:TRITOP和ATOS的结合应用是逆向工程中点云采集较为先进的方案。进行了光栅式光学扫描系统测量原理的研究,以异形部件为例,详细介绍了逆向的过程。通过ATOS扫描系统对该件进行扫描并对获得的点云数据进行预处理,同时采用CATIA软件对扫描点云进行曲面拟合及模型重构,实现了逆向的目的,偏差分析结果说明该方案可行,满足误差要求。

Abstract:The application of the combination of TRITOP and ATOS is a more advanced way of point collection in reverse engineering. This paper makes a research on the measure principle of grating optical scanning system and introduces the process of reverse in detail by taking the special-shaped part as an example. Via scanning this part by ATOS and processing the collected point cloud data, through surface fitting and model reconstruction on the scanning point cloud by CATIA software, it achieves the purpose of the reverse. The de-viation analysis results show that the scheme is feasible, meeting the error requirement.
