ZnO纳米材料的制备方法及应用

摘    要:纳米ZnO作为一种宽禁带直接带隙半导体材料因其具有发光性、压电性、导电性、气敏性、光催化性等诸多的优异性能而被广泛应用。ZnO材料来源广泛、价格低廉、无毒无害、制备方法多样,这些优点使ZnO越来越受到人们关注。本文总结了ZnO纳米材料多种制备方法的实验概况及特点,科研人员可以根据具体需要选择合适的制备方法。并对纳米ZnO的主要应用进行了介绍。

Abstract:As a wide forbidden band, ZnO is a direct band gap semiconductor, which has been widely used because of its superiorities of luminance, piezoelectricity, electrical conductivity, gas sensitivity, photocatalysis and so on. ZnO with the advantages such as the wide resource, low cost, nontoxic and harmless property, as well as various methods of preparation gets much attention. This paper summarizes the experimental survey and characteristics of the preparation of ZnO, providing suitable preparation method for researchers to choose according to specific needs. Moreover, the main application of nanometer ZnO is introduced.
