原子力纳米操作系统的信号检测技术研究

摘    要:原子力纳米操作系统通过检测探针与被测样品表面之间的作用力信号来获取被测样品的表面形貌特征。为了研究不同浓度人参水提物对VERO细胞的影响,本文在分析了原子力探针悬臂形变反馈信号检测原理的基础上,设计了悬臂形变反馈信号检测系统,获得了VERO细胞表面形貌图像以及表面高度参数。实验表明,原子力纳米操作系统通过检测探针与被测细胞表面之间的作用力信号来获取被测细胞表面参数是可行的。

Abstract:The atomic force nanomanipulation system obtains the surface morphology of samples by detecting the force signal between the probe and sample surface. In order to study the effect of ginseng aqueous extract with different concentrations on VERO cells, this paper designs a feedback signal detection system of cantilever deformation based on the analysis of the theory of feedback signal detec-tion of atomic force cantilever deformation, obtains the surface topography image and surface height parameters of VERO cells. The ex-periments show that it is feasible for the atomic force nanomanipulation system to obtain the surface parameter of cells by the force signal between the detecting probe and the cell surface.
