摘    要:本文阐释了教育的使命,分析了教师专业发展中存在的障碍因素,论述了教师要获得良好的专业发展,必须强化教书育人意识,追求正确的人生取向与价值取向;要掌握科学的思维方法,学会反思与超越;要构建新的教学理念,在探究式学习中教学相长;要努力打造学习型个体,注重科研引领,不断促进专业成长。

Abstract:This paper expounds the mission of education, analyzes the obstacle factors in the professional development of teachers, dis-cusses the idea that if teachers want to get good quality in professional growth, they must strengthen the sense of responsibility in impar-ting knowledge and educating students, pursue right life orientation and value orientation;master scientific mode of thinking, learn re-flection and transcendence;construct advanced educational concept and make teaching benefit teachers as well as students in inquiry learning;forge learning-type individuals, lay stress on the research leading and promote the professional growth steadily.
