| 摘 要： | 以系统理论和运作迁移理论为基础，根据体操技术动作的内在联系规律，对体操技术动作进行优化组合，形成教学分类系统，在此基础上，按动作结构和动作之间的相互关系，组合成小单元教学内容，实践表明，优化组合教学可以有计划地实施教学计划，实现教学功能的放大，达到提高教学质量的目的。

| Abstract: | According to the systematic theory and the theory of technique transfer,the gymnastic techniques are optimized and combined and a categorized teaching system is developed in terms of the interrelated rules of gymanstrtic techniques.In the light of this system,a unit teaching content is formed on the basis of interrelations of movement structures and movements.The teaching practice proves that optimization and combination can effectively control and carry out teaching plants,actualize the goal of strengthening teaching effects and thus improve teaching quality. |
