| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法，对山东省重点中学健康教育师资状况进行了调研分析．结果表明：山东省重点中学健康教育教师中临时、兼职教师过多，学历、职称、年龄结构不合理，部分教师缺乏全面系统的健康教育理论和实践知识．针对这种现状提出相应的对策和建议．

An Investigation on Current Situations Concerning Qualification of Teachers in Field of Hygiene Education in Principal Middle Schools in Shandong |

| Abstract: | Current situations concerning teachers on hygeian education in principal middle schools are investigated by means of literature, questionnaire risiting and so on. The outcome of the investigation indicates that casual and pluralistic teachers are superabundant. Besides, configuration in terms of educational level, professional post together with age is rather unreasonable. Moreover, there is a lack of comprehensive theoretical as well as applied knowledge among some of the teachers. Consequently, suggestions are accordingly put forward. |
