| Abstract: | Being as a most common mode of the enterprise,the family enterprise has already extended all over the countries and regions in the world.And In China,along with the reform and opening to the world,the number of the family enterprise has increased rapidly.This paper expounds the theoretical foundation on which the family enterprise exists and the situation of the research on the family enterprise,and researches and analyzes on the present situation of our country's family enterprise. |
