摘    要:本文通过实验提出在大型泵站的现场条件下,在泵进口锥管两端取压差测量泵流量的方法。选用高精度差压变送器将压差变为电信号供计算机数据采集及处理,对测量结果进行误差分析得出的测流精度可以达到2%以内。为锥管压差测流系统提供了一种大型泵站泵流量的监测方案。

Abstract:A method of measuring flow rate for the largescale pump station developed experimentally is described in this paper. The techniques of measuring differential pressure at two ends of the pump inlet cone pipe is used for flow measurement. A high accuracy pressure transducer and computer date acquisition system are used for data acquisition and processing. The system performs satisfactorily for siltladen measurement in the field test. The error of the measuring system is less than 2%. This measuring system provides a flow monitoring way for largescale pump station.
