上饶市卫生与健康教育人才的现状及发展对策研究

卫生健康教育在社会发展中的重要作用，必须高度重视，大力发展。目前卫生健康教育专业人才非常缺乏，社会需求量较大，卫生健康教育还存在着办学模式单一，课程设置、教学内容、教学方式改革滞后，与市场需求不相适应等问题，必须通过深化改革切实加以解决，本文提出改进措施：(1)正视差距，提出办学新思路(2)更新教育现念，落实科研兴校(3)加强领导，建立教育科研机构(4)强强联合办学，发展第二学区(5)引进竞争机制。实行动态管理(6)加强师德教育，增强责任心(7)注重师资培训，积极开展心理健康教育。

The Investigation and Research for the Present Condition of the Talents on Hygiene and Health Care in Shangrao City

The important function of hygiene health education in the social development must be thought highly of and developed strongly.There is a special lack of and a great social demand for professional talents in hygiene health education at present,There exists some problems ,such as one-mode-school running, the backwardness of the reform in courses offered in colleges or schools, the content of courses and the teaching methods. And also exists disagreement with the market in hygiene health education.All above should be taken into solution by further reform.The methods to be improved:(1) To face where we lay behind squarely and bring up the new way of thinking for running schools.or colleges (2) To renew the education ideas and run schools or colleges by developing scientific research (3)To enhance the leadership and establishing the organization for education and scientific research .(4)Jointly to organize schools or colleges and open the second district.(5) To Introduce competitory mechanism and practise the development management .(6)To enhance the virtuous education of teachers and strengthen the responsibility.(7)To lay stress on the teaches training and develop psychological education .
