| 摘 要： | 对胜利油田含油污泥理化性质进行了研究,提出了含油污泥高温燃烧利用技术.该技术利用特殊锅炉将水煤浆与含油污泥掺和燃烧,通过流化床处理、烟气处理系统及粉尘回收系统,实现了含油污泥无害化处理,解决了环境污染问题.实验检测结果表明:炉膛温度高达1150℃,降低了燃烧对含油污泥干度的要求;除尘效率达到99.5%以上,烟尘、烟气符合国家排放标准;节约燃煤18.6%～22.2%.该技术有很强的环境效益与经济效益.
