摘    要:当前幼儿园课程建设已经走上"园本化"发展之路,在园本课程背景下,提升幼儿教师课程素养已成为幼儿教师学习急需解决的新课题。而提升幼儿教师课程素养主要包括课程知识的理解与掌握,课程意识的唤醒和课程实践智慧的积累。
