数控工具磨床加工仿真研究

摘    要:为了解决数控工具磨床加工复杂刀具的过程中因加工代码错误而导致严重后果的问题,在研究数控工具磨床加工仿真技术的基础上,以Matlab为平台开发了数控工具磨床加工仿真系统,实现了对数控工具磨床加工方式,加工过程和加工结果的分析及加工代码的验证和个性,并采用该仿真系统,对圆锥球头立铣刀螺旋形前刀面的数控磨削加工过程以及加工结果进行了分析,从而保证了实际加工过程的正常进行,实验证明,所开发的仿真系统具有很强的实用性。

Abstract:In order to solve problems caused by incorrect machining program during grinding a complex shaped tool on a CNC tool grinder, based on the research results of machining simulation, a simulation grinding system for a CNC tool grinder is developed by Matlab platform. Using this simulation grinding system, grinding methods, grinding processes and grinding results can be analyzed. The machining program can be verified and modified by the simulation grinding system. By means of the simulation grinding system, CNC grinding process and results of a spiral tool rake surface of a ball end taper mill are described. The actual CNC grinding process of the rake is carried out successfully. The simulation grinding system proposed in this paper has strong feasibility through experiments.
