摘    要:目的:探讨类P3L在痴呆动物模型确立中的作用。方法:用外科手术切断大鼠左侧穹窿-海马伞(FF)的方法建立Alzheimer病(AD)大鼠模型,于莫有后对其进行迷宫检查和类P3伏期(类P3L)测定。结果:AD大鼠类P3L较对照组有显著延长,并与迷宫试验指标错误反应次数(EN)增多及总反应时间(TRT)处宅呈正相关。结论:类P3L为痴呆动物模型的确立提供了一个较为客观而可行的电生理指标。

Abstract:Aim: To study the role of P3-like latency in the determination of demented animal models. Methods: a model was established by unilateral fimbrial-fornix (FF) transection in rat. Then, Y-type maze test and elicitation of P3-like latency were carried out separately before and after the AD models were built. Results: P3-like latency in AD rats were prolonged statistically as compared with the controls and had postive correlation with indices of Y-maze test(EN, TRT). Conclusion: P3-like latency provided an objective and feasible index of electrical physiology for us to determine whether a demented model has been established.
