| 摘 要： | 当前文献计量学已成为科学分析研究期刊的一种重要的方法和手段.文献计量指标既能为综合评价科技期刊的学术质量和期刊策划提供重要的依据,还能给编辑策划和工作提供正确的导向.科技期刊开展文献计量工作需正确对待以下问题:1.评价目的与评价指标的选择;2.期刊评价中的定量与定性;3.统计年限的确定;4.原始统计数据的保存和分析结果的处理;5.与图书情报部门合作.

| Abstract: | Bibliometrics has become an importance scientific ovnalysis method in researching periodical. Bibliometrics indexes not only can provide basis for evaluations and plans of periodical, but also can give right direction for work of editor. When sci-tech periodical develop bibliometrics' work, it needs to treat the problems fellow:1.the choice of evaluation purpose and evaluate indexes;2.the cooperation of quantificational indexes and expertise in evaluations of periodical;3.the range of statistical time;4.the managements of statistical data and the analytical results;5. the cooperation with the department of books and intelligence. |
