复合式卷烟分拣系统分拣机组合优化

复合式卷烟分拣系统(CCSS)的综合性能依赖于卧式分拣机和A字分拣机的组合.通过分析分拣机组合与分拣成本、分拣用时之间的关系,建立了以单位分拣成本最小化为目标的分拣机组合优化模型,并根据分拣机的特点对模型进行了简化.模型分析表明随着卧式分拣机数量的增加,固定成本持续增加、最小可变成本和分拣用时持续降低,单位分拣成本呈现先降后升的趋势.实例验证该方法求解简单,能定量地确定分拣机的最优组合.

Optimal dispensers' combination for complex cigarette sorting system

This paper studies the effects of horizontal dispensers and A-frame dispensers' combination on sorting cost and time consume in complex sorting system,which typically used in cigarette distribution center.An optimization model is developed to minimize unit sorting cost,and it's simplified based on the characters of dispensers.The results show that the fixed cost increases,mini-variable cost and mini-sorting time decreases,unit sorting cost decreases first and then increases as the horizontal dispensers' qua...
