| 摘 要： | 2002年上半年投资和出口增长明显加快,但是消费需求增长缓慢,因而难以从根本上改变通货紧缩局面。突破通货紧缩的恶性循环,不是要靠政府去打破,而是依靠市场的自发势力,因此,除了采取相应的需求政策之外,还必须依靠供给政策。只有创造一个相对宽松的经济环境,才能有利于市场经济的发展。

| Abstract: | The investment and export have grown in the past few months, but consumption is still in a depressed state so that the situation of deflation can not be changed. How to break through such a fatal circle of deflation? It can not only depend upon government intervention but also on the spontaneous market. We have to seek help from demand policy, but it seems more important to resort to supply policy, which will really improve the market conditions and economic environment. |
