| 摘 要： | 采用毛细管气相色谱法,建立一种测定有机亚麻中有机磷农药(敌敌畏、马拉硫磷、杀虫畏、杀螟硫磷),拟除虫菊酯类农药(氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯)的方法,并对样品前处理作了一定的讨论。结果表明,采用程序升温,所测定的4种有机磷农药和3种拟除虫菊酯类农药得到了很好的分离,且方法快速、灵敏,完全符合实际应用需要。

| Abstract: | A method for the assay of the organophosohorus pesticides(dichlorvos,malathion,tetrachlorvinphos,fenitrothion),andpyrethroid(cypermethrin,deltamethrin,esfenva-lerate)by capillary chromatography has been established,and some organic flax samples are determined by this method and these pesticide residues are not detected,the results show that these pesticide residues do not exist in organic flax samples or their contents are lower than detection limit that the paper refered to. |
