有氧健身操对中老年女性健康的影响

摘    要:通过文献资料法和对比分析法,分析有氧健身操对中老年女性生理、心理等方面的影响。结果表明:坚持有氧健身操锻炼,能增强中老年女性心脏功能、改善WHR、减少脂肪、增强体质,对防治心血管系统疾病和促进心理健康能产生良好的影响。

Abstract:This article offers an analytical examination into the effect of aerobics exercise on middle-aged and old Women's physiology and psychology by documentation and comparison. The result indicates that persisting in aerobics exercise can promote the function of heart,improve WHR,decrease fat, promote health and have a good effect on mental health and prevent and cure cardiovascular diseases.
