石河子市社区高血压患病率及其危险因素调查分析

采用普查的方法,对石河子市24小区25岁以上居民进行高血压问卷调查和血压测量,了解石河子市居民高血压患病率及其相关危险因素,为开展社区一级预防提供依据.结果显示：1）原发性高血压患病率为31.5%,男36.2%,女27.8%,且随着年龄的增长有增高的趋势.2）单因素分析,年龄、性别、婚姻、文化程度、家族史及超重等9项指标与高血压有关.3）非条件logistic回归分析,年龄、超重、家族史、性别及婚姻状况与高血压有关.因此,高血压是遗传因素和环境因素长期相互作用的结果,应采取综合防治策略.

Investigation on Prevalence of Hypertension and its Risk Factors in Shihezi

Residents over 25 years of age were investigated through census in 24th community in Shihezi,and interviewed with a questionnaire and also measured their blood pressure,aiming at understand the risk factors of hypertension and giving reference for primary precaution.Results:1)The prevalence of essential hypertension is 31.5%,the rate of men and women were 36.2% and 27.8% respectively,and there is an increasing trend along with the growth of the age.2)Through the single factor analysis,age,sex,marriage,cultural degree,household history,overweight and so on,are related with hypertension.3)Through the screening of unconditional logistic regression,age,overweight,household history,sex and marital status are related with EH.Conclusion:Hypertension is the result that inheritance and the environment factors interact each other,we should adopt a comprehensive prevention and control strategy.
