| 摘 要： | 加入WTO为中国行政管理带来了空前的压力与动力，中国政府必须接受WTO原则的要求和挑战，在入世中创新中国行政管理。文章从WTO对中国行政管理的挑战入手，寻找中国行政管理与WTO原则的差距，从有限政府、法制政府、透明政府、效率政府、电子政府五大方面探讨我国加入WTO后的政府行政改革。

| Abstract: | China' s entry into WTO brings pressure and power to our administration, Chinese government must accept the requirements and challenges of WTO and develop our administration. The article is from the challenges of WTO to our administration to find out the disparity between Chinese administration and the rule of WTO. It probes the administrative reform of Chinese government after the entry into WTO from limited government, legal government, transparent government, efficient government and electronic government . |
