| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了等额本息还贷法、等额本金还贷法、等比累进还贷法、等额累进还贷法和提前还贷等按揭还贷方式的还贷总额、利息总额及年金公式,为借款人选择恰当的贷款方案提供参考。

| Abstract: | There are several types of mortgages:constant payment mortgage,constant amortization mortgage,graduate payment mortgage and constant progressive mortgage and so on.In this paper,we quantitatively derive their payment,total interests and annuity formulas,which provide a useful reference for the borrowers to select a practical mortgage proposal. |
