| 摘 要： | 为实现 Ｊ Ｉ Ｔ（ Ｊｕｓｔ Ｉｎ Ｔｉｍｅ） 生产优化策略,给出了一个辊道窑的优化模型,讨论了用遗传算法解决产品进入窑炉烧结前订单的交货期提前／ 延期问题,并对遗传算法和 Ｅ Ｄ Ｄ 规则进行了计算机仿真,结果表明遗传算法更优,且算法复杂性低,能应用于实际生产中。

| Abstract: | Furnace is the most important equipment in ceramics produce.In order to realize tactics of JIT,a optimal model of roller furnace is given out,and discuss the problem of solving E/T furnace shop scheduling by genetic algorithm.Contrast of genetic algorithm and EDD rule is carry out by computer simulation,the results indicate that the genetic algorithm is better and more practical. |
