镀膜建筑玻璃光学特性的测量与研究

摘    要:测量与研究了TiO2/Cu/TiO2膜建筑玻璃的色度及在紫外到红外(0.2-25μm)宽波段上的光谱透过率,相对光谱透过特性。结果表明,主波长约474nm,兴奋纯度大于10%的镀膜玻璃可以获得较好的装饰效果。可见光透过率20%-40%的镀膜玻璃对紫外辐,红外辐射的透过率分别为空白玻璃的12%,30%,是较理想的遮阳隔热建筑玻璃。

Abstract:The method and experimental set-up for measuring the colority and speCtral trausmittauce ofTiO,/Cu/TiO, film-coated building glass were studied in a range from infrared to ultraviolet wave band (0. 25-- 25 pm),as well as the characteristics of relative spectral transmittance. The results showed that there willbe a good decoration effect of the length of dominant wave is about 474 urn and the excitatory color purityover 10K. Comparing the coated glass with visible light transmittance 20X --40K to ordinary glass,the infrared and ultraviolet transmittances of the former is 30% and 12K of the latter,respetively. So,it is reallyan ideal sun-shading and hest-insulated building glass.
