The Next Generation Bus Technology of Testing Automation--LXI

LXI is a new era of modularization instruments platform standard for automation test system.based on Ethernet LAN,after GPIB instrument and VXI/PXI virtual instrument.According to the general information about LXI and the current circumstances of test and measurement techniques as well as associated science and technology,this paper has introduced the historical tracks of GPIB,VXI and PXI,as well as their respective advantages and disadvantages,with emphasize on the modularization instrument's features and advantages which is under the LXI platform.At last,it also introduced briefly the questions faced by LXI and its application prospect.
