The investigation of physical education in junior middle schools in Jianchang County of Liaoning Province

For a long time, the physical education in rural schools has always been the weak link of school education. The actual conditions such as shortage of funds, lack of teachers, and lack of equipments, seriously affect the quality of the rural physical education. The investigation into the real circumstances of funding, teaching staff and equipment allocation in Jianchang County of Liaoning province, a poor county of the country, was carried out and the first hand data was achieved. Through analyzing and systemizing the data, some feasible suggestions were put forward to ensure that the regulations and requirements of school physical education fall into place in order to improve the teaching standard and quality of school physical education.
