| 摘 要： | 研究了具有一般形式非线性饱和传染率及染病年龄结构的流行病模型的动力学性态，得到了决定疾病绝灭与否的闽值R0，讨论了疾病平衡点的稳定性，当R0〈1时，无病平衡点全局渐近稳定，当R0〉1时，存在不稳定的无病平衡点及唯一稳定的地方病平衡点，疾病持续存在。已有的相关结果可作为本文的推论。

| Abstract: | The dynamical behavior of an infection-age-dependent epidemic model with general form nonlinear saturated infectivity is studied.The threshold which determines the outcome of the infectious disease is identified and the stability of equilibrium is discussed.When the threshold is less than one,the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable,whereas,when the threshold is greater than one,there exist both disease-free unstable equilibrium and solely stable endemic equilibrium,and the disease wil... |
