| 摘 要： | 以含全氟基团的丙烯酸酯单体、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为原料,采用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和聚氧化乙烯壬酚基醚(OP-10)为混合乳化剂,以水为介质,用间歇乳液聚合法制备了一种新的含氟丙烯酸酯三元共聚物乳液.研究了乳液的贮存和离心稳定性,考察了聚合物涂膜的双疏性(疏水、疏油性)、耐腐蚀性、热稳定性、成膜特性和表面化学组成.

| Abstract: | A novel perfluoroacrylate copolymer emulsion has been prepared in water phase by batch emulsion copolymerization,using perfluorinated monomer,methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA) as materials,and SDS and OP-10 as co-emulsifier.Stability,hot-iced of resistance and film-forming properties of the emulsions are stuided,water-oil repellency,tests of chemical resistance,thermal stability and surface composition of the polymer film are also invesigated in detail. |
