| 摘 要： | 蓄洪是城市防洪的有效措施，同时也是充分利用雨水资源，提出供城市优质水源的良好途径。结合某海岛开发区防洪、供水一体化工程实例，证明了蓄洪供水不仅可行，而且能够产生很好的社会、经济和环境效益。

| Abstract: | Storing flood is an effective step in the prevention of flooding of cities. It is also a good way to use storm-water to supply high quality water source to cities. By investigating an example, this paper illustrats that storing flood for the water supply system is not only feasible, but can also create high social, economical and environmental benefits. |
