| 摘 要： | 目的探讨和总结多发性肋骨骨折后应用记忆镍钛合金肋骨环抱器施行肋骨断端对位内固定术的病人的临床特点.方法利用镍钛记忆合金肋骨环抱器治疗多发性肋骨骨折26例.结果26例手术后胸廓形状恢复正常,胸壁浮动消失,胸痛显著减轻,呼吸功能明显改善,用镍钛记忆合金肋骨环抱器固定的肋骨骨折均达到解剖复位,平均住院天数12d,均痊愈出院.术后1个月复查胸片,肋骨骨折对位对线好,无环抱器松动移位,胸廓无畸形.结论镍钛记忆合金肋骨环抱器治疗肋骨骨折简单易行,手术时间短,术后患者恢复快,临床效果好,是处理胸壁软化的一种很好的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Amid:analysize the application of nickel-titanium memory alloy ribs embracing in patients with multiple rib fractures.Methods:We retrospectively analysized the clinical data of 26 cases of application of nickel-titanium memory alloy ribs embracing in the treatment of multiple rib fractures.Results:26 patients returned to normal shape after operation,floating chest wall disappeared,chest pain significantly reduced,respiratory function significantly improved and almost reached anatomic reduction.Average length of stay was 12d.Postoperative follow-up Showed:embracing no loosening,no thoracic deformity.Conclusion:The application of nickel-titanium memory alloy ribs embracing in the treatment of multiple rib fractures is simple,shorter operative time,rapid postoperative recovery and is a good treatmen of chest wall softening. |
