摘    要:该实验以栽培于同一生境下的4年生唐古特大黄与药用大黄为研究对象,对两种大黄同一部位叶片中的色素含量进行比较研究,从光合色素水平比较高原强紫外线辐射下两种大黄的生理适应性.结果表明唐古特大黄叶片中的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量、类胡萝卜素含量均高于药用大黄.

Abstract:The aim of the research was to discuss the physiological adaptation characteristics of cultivated rhubarbs in the strong ultraviolet radiation of plateau.With two medicine plant Rh.tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.and Rh.palmtum Linn.as research materials,which was cultivated in the same habitat,the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid were determined to study the physical adaptability of two rhubarbs under strong ultraviolet radiation of plateau.Under the same environment,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total content of chorophyll and caroteniod in the leaves of Rh.tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.were higher than that of Rh.palmtum Linn.The accumulation of chlorophyll and carotenoid in Rh.tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.was favorable for its adaptability to strong ultraviolet radiation of plateau.
