| 摘 要： | α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂是一种具有糖结构的新型抗糖尿病药物,它通过与α-葡萄糖苷酶发生竞争性抑制作用而达到降低餐后血糖的目的.目前以天然植物和药物为来源的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂研究较多,现对以天然植物为来源的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的筛选国内外研究进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | A-Glucosidase Inhibitor,as a new anti-diabetic medicine with a sugar-structure,reduces blood sugar after dinner by producing the competitive inhibitional effect with A-Glucosidase.Now,more researches have been made on A-Glucosidase inhibitors frp natural plants and drugs,so the paper starts to make an overview on progressive research of screening for a-glucosidase inhibitors from natural products. |
