| 摘 要： | 有机磷农药中毒是一种常见病、多发病,尤以农村多见.经口及呼吸道吸入进展迅速。如果抢救不及时,病死率很高,本文阐述了急性有机磷中毒有机磷毒作用机理的研究,关于三个时相的神经毒作用的认识,胆碱能危象,中间综合征,迟发神经毒性,目前主要措施仍然是清除毒物、应用特效解毒药物、血液灌支持综合治疗,但是疗效仍不尽如人意,通过急性有机磷中毒有机磷毒作用机理的了解,提高抢救成功率.

| Abstract: | Organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is a common disease,and frequently disease,which occurs most frequently in rural areas.If this disease rescues untimely,there will be a high mortality.This paper studys the mechanism of action of the acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,and in order to promot the rate of successful rescue. |
