| 摘 要： | 介绍一种用ＰＩＣ１６Ｃ７１单片机控制的用于水泵，风机类等电机的软起动器，通过控制可控硅触发角来控制三相交流调压器的输出电压，有效地降低电机的起动电流，使电机平稳起动，且能实现轻载时的节能控制。

| Abstract: | A soft starter used for water pump windmill by PIC16c71 microcontroller controlled is introduced.Controlling the trigger angle of thyristor to control output voltage can effectively cutdown the motor's starting current,making the motor smooth and stable and realizeng saving energy control in light load. |
