| Abstract: | The successful experience in founding and developi ng Community Colleges in the USA, and the variety of supporting plans from the Ame rican government made an important role in the current of the popularity of high er education in America: from elitist to general and then tend to public. Learni ng the advanced experience of international vocational education, then consideri ng that of our country at a developing insight can help us reflect the education and teaching innovation of Vocational Technology Institutes in a higher level. |
