| 摘 要： | 通过分析现有各种冷渣机的优缺点，提出一种新型的结构，利用刮板推动灰渣前进并换热，水侧无动密封，避免使用中水的泄漏。该冷渣机采用变频调速电机，预留DCS接口，便于实现自动化。经实际使用，效果良好。

| Abstract: | Via analysis of all kind of the slag-cooler,s advantages and disadvantages, a new structure is brought forward. In this machine, slag is pushed toward with spatula and heat-exchanging. In water side it has no motorial airproof, without water leakage in running. The machine uses frequency conversion timing electremotor and preserves DCS interface, which is easy to realize automatization. Through application, it effects well. |
