摘    要:本文用UV,MI,TGA等测试手段,研究聚醚醚酮合成和加工过程中的苯氧离子副反应及其对聚醚醚酮分子结构和性能的影响。

Abstract:The effect of molecular structure of PEEK on the flow and thermal properties were investigated by means of UV, MI, TGA and DSC. The UV absorbance value increased, whereas MI decreased, with the duration of heating time at the molten state. The experiment proved that the phenoxide groups may initiate side reaction such as branching and crosslinking during synthesis and processing. It leads to the drops of flow and thermal properties.
