浅谈加强图书馆开架借阅的管理工作

开架借阅是现代图书馆服务方式的重要举措,但流通书库错架现象日益严重,这一问题深深困扰着图书管理人员。针对这一问题从开架借阅的规章制度入手,从加强书库的巡视和整架、库内咨询、工作人员的业务素质培养等8个方面探讨了加强图书馆开架借阅的管理工作。

Talking about Strengthening the Management of the Open-shelf Borrowing in the Modern Library

The open-shelf borrowing is an important measure for improving the service mode of the modern library; however, this has brought about the error shelf arrangement to the circulation stack room, which puzzle the book managerial personnel deeply. In the light of this problem, this paper discusses on the necessity of formulating the regulations and systems for the open-shelf borrowing, and probes into how to strengthen the managerial work of library's open-shelf borrowing from strengthening the moving inspection and shelf-arrangement, providing the consultancy service within the stack room, and improving the professional quality of the personnel, etc.
