摘    要:本文主要讨论在不违背保里原理和洪特规则的前提下,能量最低原理和核外电子排布的关系.首先探讨对多电子原子的轨道能级顺序的理解;进而得出核外电子的排布,应使体系总能量保持最低,而不是按轨道能级高低顺序填充的结论.

Abstract:In this paper we mainly discuss the relations between the minimum energy principle and the electron distribution outside the nucleus under the conditions of not violating Buory Theory and Hongtu principle. From the understanding about the orbital level order of a multielectron atom,is drawn a conclusion that the energy of its system is kept minimum by the electron distribution outside the nucleus,but not by the number of orbital level order.
