关于开展校务公开工作的几点思考

推行校务公开,是加强学校民主政治建设的重要内容,是依法治教的重大举措,是保证教职工行使民主权利,依法参加学校管理的重要形式,是加强学校领导班子建设和党风廉政建设的重要制度。但不少学校在推行校务公开过程中往往存在这样那样的问题,实施效果不尽人意。如何进一步推进和深化校务公开,并取得实效,是值得大家深思和研究的问题。为此,笔者提出相应措施。

Thoughts on Carrying Out School Affairs Publicily

Carrying out school affairs publicily is a major part of strengthening school's democratic politic construction, and a significant move toward ruling teaching by law. It is an important channel that guarantees the faculty exercise democratic rights and participate in the school management by law. It is also an essential principle to fortify the development of school leadership and the honest working style of CPC members. Nevertheless, schools encounter obstacles in carrying out school affairs publicily, resulting in unsatisfactory effect. How to further school affairs publicily and fruitfully is a question that needs our deliberations and study. This paper provides some suggestions.
