| 摘 要： | 市场经济要求有一个良好的法制环境。该体制下对权力的配置、权力的运作都应充分保证社会的公平性、公正性。在中国加入WTO后,如何与国际接轨,如何面对机遇与挑战,趋利避害,发展自己,客观上要求我们在新形势下对已建立的权力构架,特别是权力的运行作更深入的探索。

| Abstract: | Market economy demands a good legal environment.The allocation and manipulation of powers in the system should guarantee social justice and equality.After Chana's entry into WTO,how to adjust to international standards and regulations and how to catch opportanities and meet challenges to develop ourselves in a favorable environment demand us probe in depth into the established power structure and particularly the manipulation of powers under a new situation. |
