浅议农民增收

全面建设小康社会,最繁重最艰巨的任务在农村,本文阐述了农民收入的概念、农民增收的意义、农民增收的思路、讲究工作的方法等几个问题,并着重从直接影响农民人均纯收入的要素入手,提出了增加总收入、降低成本、战轻负担、减少农民人口这四个方面的建议。

On Peasants'''' Increase in Income

In order to construct the well-to-do society in all-round way, the most arduous task lies in the rural area. This paper states the concept of peasants income, the significance and the thinking of increasing income, and some methods. Furthermore, starting with the factors that affect peasants net income per capita, it puts forward some suggestions on increasing general income, cutting the cost, lightening the burden and decreasing agricultural population.
