| 摘 要： | 阐述了和谐高校学生工作新模式的教育机制、管理机制、保障机制、评价机制、激励机制、维权机制、咨询机制等七大子机制，提出学生工作新模式在具体实践和运行中，应积极构建“全员育人”的学生工作新格局，加强高校学生工作的危机管理，构建和谐的校园文化，从而为学生工作新模式提供有利的外部条件。
