农村劳动力受教育年限与农民收入的实证分析——以云南为例

摘    要:本文运用Mincer模型对云南省农村劳动力平均受教育年限及农民收入进行了相关回归分析,并在此基础上计算了农民收入对教育年限的弹性值。结果表明:农村劳动力受教育年限与农民收入之间在义务制教育阶段存在正相关关系,但超过义务制教育阶段教育收益率出现递减,要改变义务制教育后教育收益率递减的趋势,增加农村教育收益率,必须增加对农民的非学历教育,加强农民的各种培训。

Abstract:The paper is using the Mincer model to carried the related regression analysis on the peasants' educational time of Yunnan Province and the peasants' income.Based on this,we calculated the elastic value of peasants' income to educational time.The result indicated:The peasants' fundamental education and the peasants' income exists the correlational dependence.But surpasses the educational voluntary system,education return ratio decrease progressively.In order to change the tendency that the returns ratio decreases progressively after the educational voluntary system,and increases the rural education return ratio,we must increase farmer's non-school record education and enhance farmer's technology training.
